This is the first gardenia from my garden and it is so beautiful ....

My Vogue Living arrived today and the cover is absolutely delicious ...... I love the wall colour and the artwork!

I love the mercerised vase and silver pear together ..... just random but beautiful!

I found this waste paper bin for a client of mine at Magnolia ... it is for a home office renovation and it is fantastic .... love the chevron stripe!

spring has sprung here in Australia and actually I think summer has as well!  We are so looking forward to our summer break and the festivities of Christmas!  Have a great Thursday and a wonderful weekend!

best wishes always

You know, as somebody who has always lived in the northern hemisphere, it just seems so odd to me to associate summer with Christmas... Great finds, that Vogue cover looks fantastic and I really like that big silver container with the plants in it. Hope you're well, enjoy your lovely weather. Love from London xo

Love the chevron waste bin, I'm into chevron and ikat cushions at the moment. I can remember when we lived in South Africa, summers were associated with Christmas and outdoor living, so totally different to life in England. Take care. Sharon x

BONJOUR MA REINE MARIE!

Oh, could you imagine a Christmas party at Versailles??? What luscious things could be had and seen there!

Your décor is splendid. That glass pear, OH MY...and the vase is so royal. SO GOOD TO SEE every time you post. You are greatly missed my sweet! Anita

Just letting you know I've just stalked the blog for the last hour instead of doing important work! Much better use of time I believe!

Miss seeing your beautiful face!

Love,

Sophie

Bonjour ma reine!

It was so lovely to see your comment this morning my friend! YES, CHANGE is not an easy thing to swallow and there are many adjustments to be made during this time of transition for me. Going from full-time teacher to artist has been really different! But I have to remember to take ONE DAY AT A TIME. But while I am doing that, the nice part is that I am home now and it has been lovely.

I hope that your world is offering you more wonderful opportunities for work and creativity my gorgeous friend! LOVE TO YOU, Anita
